Poemas Sin Nombre
In this book, you will find my vision through poetry to deal with a topic that is as stigmatized, full of taboos and prejudices as mental illness. I use my personal experience to bring the reader into my head because when you're in a crisis of manic depression, what's in your head is chaos, so those same abrupt mood swings give you that inspiration and freedom to write. 12 and a half years ago I was diagnosed with postpartum depression, after the birth of my second child. After that it became a clinical condition and 5 years ago they realized that she had been badly medicated and that she actually had bipolar depression or bipolarity 2. In the book I talk about moments when I was in the psychiatric hospital, because these are times that people Unknown, people imagine that they are the same as in the movies or that when a person asks for help and they discover a mental illness, they immediately say "you're crazy" and don't put themselves in other people's shoes.
